The Championship Race will be held at Aldergrove Bowl this year.

Coaches,

1. Runners must race in TWO previous league meets. See league info above. 
2. If you have a Para athlete – please let us know ahead of time and this runner must be fully supported by a parent or school coach or rep at the meet.
3. YOU MUST register for the EVAA zone championships using the attached grid. Entries are due by: OCT. 20 at 6:00 pm. A $50 late fee will apply to all requests after this date. Please register every athlete who is eligible run. No-shows are not a problem, but unregistered runners are.
4. If you have any questions please let me know how I can be of help.
5. Arrive early to the meet to pick up your race day package which will include a map and race bibs. Race bib must be visible and worn on outside of uniform.

7. EVAA race distances: Para 1K, Gr 8 3K, Jr 4K, Sr 5K
8. BC’s – there is no grade 8 race at the BC’s. If a gr 8 wants to make the BC’s they need to run as a junior at the EVAA meet.
